Google Street Viewを見ると、ここに取り付けられていたのは床屋さんの看板ですね。その床屋さんについては、こちらの写真を。
Google Street View tells that it was a barber shop sign that used to be installed here. The barber shop was at the back of the building (and now has moved out as this photo tells).
