住宅の敷地の外周部、杉並区のミニバスのバス停には、地域住民が持ってきたものだろうか、朱色のドーナツ座面のスツールと、古びた事務用の椅子が並べてある。このバス停を利用する人にご高齢の方が多いのかもしれない。
阿佐ヶ谷住宅の敷地の一歩外は、一軒一軒の家ががっつりした塀を有する、ごく普通の住宅街だ。
