Bear with me the poor quality of this video. Too windy.
A large typhoon, Jelawat, or No. 17 as we call it, is hitting Tokyo. So very windy but no rain at all at the moment. The moon (full moon!) is on the right, a street light on the left. A big tree is on the left (invisible) which roars.

On the morning of 22 September 2011, hours after the huge Typhoon No 15 (Roke) hit Tokyo.
お寺さんの近く、竹やぶがあって、家々の庭も含め各種広葉樹、針葉樹もあれこれ植えられている地域。路面は植物標本をぶちまけたようになっている。

This is the bottom of a slope where it looks like a lot of leaves and branches had been floated onto. If this were at night, this could be pretty dangerous. You can't see what is at your foot.
