無人のエリアが多いから、暗くなると「治安が悪く」なるらしい（痴漢など）。でも、この日にぐるっと一周した私が目にした落書きはこれだけだった。（何もこんなところに落書きしなくてもいいのに。）

Somebody wrote his/her friend's name (和也 or 和哉) on the wall.
The kanji 和 means ... a lot of things. "Harmony", "peace", etc.
