嵐のような天候のあと、キンモクセイの木の下に。
アスナロやイトスギのような木の葉や、広葉樹の落ち葉などもまとまっている。
こんな平凡なものでも、今年は見え方が違う。キンモクセイの花は大丈夫だろうけど、3月の時点で既に生えていたと思われる葉は大丈夫だろうか、など。そして辺りを見回す。「いかにも濃度が高くなりやすい場所」だなあ、と。でも私はガイガーカウンターは持っていない。

今日の東京は真夏のような日差しに昨晩からの湿った空気で非常に蒸し暑く、参りました。
金木犀はシーズンが終わり、既に香りは失って、また元の、花が咲いていないと何の木かわからない「ただの木」になりつつあります。
強風に煽られた季節終わりのサルスベリの花が落下、同様にいろいろな木々の葉も落下。その中に木の早いことに「紅葉」している葉が?
台風15号 (typhoon Roke) の翌朝、東京にて。

お寺さんの近く、竹やぶがあって、家々の庭も含め各種広葉樹、針葉樹もあれこれ植えられている地域。路面は植物標本をぶちまけたようになっている。
