This picture is a picture of a film flyer - It is a documentary film called "Little Birds".
The director, Mr Takeharu Watai, is a renowned journalist who has visited Iraq many times. He made a 102-minute film out of his material (more than 102 hours).
It's now shown in Tokyo (K's cinema in Shinjuku, Tokyo) and will be shown in Osaka, Nagoya and Hiroshima in June.
The original picture is a still of the documentary film.
