Basically, the Dome is a baseball stadium and they need this stuff when it's very crowded.

blue illuminations are in for this winter season, don't know why ... maybe the LED thing?

After five minutes or so, the clots began deforming.

In another direction, it looked a bit different -- thin.

I know little about cloud and weather, but I found this a bit unfamiliar. And I liked the light, so I began taking pictures...
