In Japan you sometimes see "o-jizo-san (Buddhism statue)" on your street, where locals keep water and flower in front of the statue.
This is one of them, the glass of water is for the "o-jizo-san" and petals have fallen on to the surface from above - the "o-jizo-san" stands in the middle of the line of cherry trees.
